Located within Niagara Falls City Hall, this front entry and customer service renovation reimagines the public experience through a warm, contemporary lens inspired by the natural beauty of Niagara Falls. Rich wood tones, layered textures, and flowing architectural forms draw influence from the region’s waterfalls and surrounding landscape, creating a welcoming and intuitive arrival experience. Completed in Fall 2025, the redesigned space reflects the City’s new “At Your Service” vision, balancing functionality, accessibility, and civic identity. The result is a modernized environment that enhances both day to day operations and the connection between the City and its community.
