Located within the MacBain Community Centre in Niagara Falls, this customer service desk renovation reimagines the public-facing experience through a warm, contemporary lens inspired by the natural beauty of the region. Rich wood tones, layered textures, and organic forms create a welcoming and intuitive environment while reinforcing the City’s “At Your Service” vision. The renovation was designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and the overall customer experience, creating a more comfortable and approachable point of connection between the City and its community. The result is a refreshed civic environment that supports day to day operations while creating a more welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
