This bungalow-style freehold condo is part of a charming development of thirty-five units in the tranquil Niagara Region, nestled alongside a vast protected Carolinian woodland. Our interior design team skillfully reimagined the space, deviating from the builder's standard layout. Tailored for a couple transitioning from a larger two-story home, this interior reflects their contemporary style and seamlessly accommodates their existing furniture and artwork. Designed with accessibility in mind, this home offers a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. The layout allows ample space for entertaining friends and family, complemented by modern amenities characteristic of a new build. The lower level has been transformed into a guest retreat and a versatile family/hobby room, enhancing the overall functionality and appeal of this unique home.
